To ensure that your furs are delivered seamlessly during our next event in The Villages, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Booking Page: Start by navigating to our product listing and clicking on the product titled "Fur Storage Delivery in The Villages". This will take you to the scheduling page.

  2. Choose Your Time Slot: Once on the scheduling page, click on 'schedule time'. A calendar will appear displaying all available time slots. Please note that the dates for appointment bookings will only be made accessible when we have a confirmed event in The Villages.

  3. Select Delivery Method: After choosing your time slot, proceed to the checkout process. During checkout, make sure to select "local pick up" as the delivery method.

  4. Stay Updated: We will send out email notifications about upcoming events. This will provide you with the opportunity to reserve a slot in advance. Additionally, as we process delivery requests, you will receive a notification that your furs are ready for pick up.

  5. Complete the Booking: After selecting your desired date, time, and delivery method, finalize the booking. Remember, there is no charge associated with the delivery appointment; this step is merely to confirm your booking.

  6. Deadline Information: The cut-off time for requesting a fur delivery is by 3pm the business day before the event. To clarify:

    • For a Monday pick-up: Book by 3pm on the preceding Friday.
    • For a Tuesday pick-up: Book by 3pm on Monday.

LaBelle's Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Times: We are committed to processing your orders promptly. All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Carrier: All items are shipped via UPS. We've chosen UPS for their reliability and tracking capabilities. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your purchase reaches you securely. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your package.

3. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will vary based on the shipping destination. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Delivery times are dependent on the distance between our location and yours.

4. International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

5. Expedited Shipping: For urgent or expedited shipping needs, please contact us directly at 407-422-3565, and we'll provide a shipping quote tailored to your requirements.

6. Shipping Fees:

  • Orders Under $50: A flat shipping fee of $24.95 applies.
  • Orders Between $50.01 and $750: A flat shipping fee of $49.95 applies.
  • Orders of $750 or More: We offer FREE shipping.

7. Additional Notes:

  • In the event of any unforeseen delays in shipping, we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. LaBelle Furs is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Standard Return Policy

You have 21 days from the date you receive your item to request a return from LaBelle Furs.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Original tags attached

  • Original packaging included

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sales@labellesince1919.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers transaction and credit card processing fees incurred during the original purchase and refund.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first request and complete an approved return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be issued a store gift card that can be used toward your replacement purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee. Please allow time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
