Returns & Exchange Policy

Standard Return Policy

You have 21 days from the date you receive your item to request a return from LaBelle Furs.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Original tags attached

  • Original packaging included

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sales@labellesince1919.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers transaction and credit card processing fees incurred during the original purchase and refund.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made, altered, or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first request and complete an approved return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be issued a store gift card that can be used toward your replacement purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee. Please allow time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.


Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
