Return Policy
We accept merchandise purchased from https://LaBellesince1919.com/ site only within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or less. All returning items must be in the original condition, unworn and with original tags still attached. We will not be able to process for a full refund if the product(s) have been used and/or opened. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no extra fees. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund in the original method of payment.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch for return authorization at sales@labellesince1919.com In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours. We have to mention here about wear and tear charges, shipping charges, return expenses, etc.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened, used or without original tags still attached products will not be accepted as returns.]
If a return is accepted, LaBelle will replace or refund the invoiced rupee value for, the damaged /defective/expired/ wrong product. In either case, the amount of the additional customs paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a refund sales@labellesince1919.com coupon, that can be applied to the customer’s next order with LaBelle, subject to the customer providing a copy of the customs receipt.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 7 business days after the order has been processed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Please give the tracking about 24 hours to become live.
